Turmeric may be used to make a healthy turmeric latte drink or can be added to yogurt or to cooking to add flavour.
To get the full health benefits of turmeric it is important to add black pepper and so in Turmeric Plus we have done it for you. We have also included cinnamon and ginger for extra benefit and flavour.
To make a latte, in a saucepan, gently heat a mugful of the milk of your choice (coconut or almond work well) and add a teaspoon of Turmeric Plus. Whisk constantly over a gentle heat until hot and pour into a mug.
Add a sweetener such as honey, if needed.
