Spicy Grilled Salmon is a quick and easy way to put a zing into salmon.
Suggested Go Spice Blends: Kansa, Kiso, Marrakesh, Punky Reggae, Red Sahara, Saba, Shala, Sukhothai, Toluca, Vermillion, Bangla
Serves 2
2 salmon fillets
juice 1 lime
2-3 tsp Go Spice Blend
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow bowl along with the lime juice and leave for 5-10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the bowl and coat it well on both sides with the Go Spice mix.
Place the salmon onto a lightly oiled baking tray and grill under a high heat for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and beginning to blacken around the edges. Serve and enjoy.
