Za’atar is often used as a condiment when scattered over hummus or a salad of pulses. This Middle Eastern blend can also be added to meatballs and falafel. Mix Za’atar with oil and spread over flatbreads before baking in the oven or as a dip. Za’atar also goes well with fish and cheese dishes.
