Shala is sweet and earthy, with a little peppery heat. Use in meat and vegetable stews, with lentils or minced meat or as a rub or marinade for meat and fish.
Try this: add to tomato sauces and omelettes or add to rice dishes. Try Shala in your own recipes or just experiment!
