Description
Chives have a mild, onion like flavour and an essential kitchen cupboard herb. Chives are found in several herb blends but can be used as a stand alone flavouring for salads, white sauces, soups, sauces, stews and casseroles. Chives also make a tasty garnish for omelettes, egg dishes, potato salads or any dish where a delicate onion flavour is required.
