Texan Smoke, Vermilion, Sofala, Mexica, Kansa
Hot and Spicy Pork Burgers are tasty and spicy hot, (obviously). Great in a burger bun or with beans.
Serves 2-3
500g pork mince
220g streaky bacon, finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp Go Spice Blend
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Form into 4 burgers and place them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Before you grill the burgers, push your thumb into the middle of each one to form a deep dimple. This will help them to cook evenly. Season with salt if required and place them on a grill. Grill each burger for 2-3 minutes on each side under a medium grill or on a barbecue. Make sure they are cooked through before serving.
